Creating and implementing long-term plans and strategies, actively assessing SEO contributes to the pipeline. - Primary contact in communication with client and internal managing team on delivery and support regarding all things SEO. - Run extensive SEO research and create a full-scope technical and on-page audit as well as monthly and quarterly reports. - Research and create a full-scope keyword list for SEO to be used in sales and marketing assets. - Manage and execute all on-page optimizations which include building internal links, optimizing metadata, and content optimization. - Support with web optimization and liaise with web developers to understand, plan, and implement technical fixes on to the site. - Support in setting up GA4, GTM, and GSC for the clients. - Develop, implement, and maintain off-page SEO health which involves link-building (paid placements, outreach, competitors link analysis) as well as purging backlinks. - Owning and executing the research involved for a yearly content plan, and project managing a scheduled output with the client. - Support the team in training, understanding, and managing the internal knowledge transfer within the team. - Managing communication, expectations, and building relationship with the clients and oversees stakeholder management within the SEO team and client. - Assist with educating support team in technical and professional skills required, as well as synthesising client request for the team to execute. - Updating knowledge on Google Updates and new systems and restrictions put in place for SEO optimisation. - Critical thinking skills to strategize based on custom wants and needs of each project based on best practices. - Understand and implement 2X best practices to produce the most optimal results and find opportunities to improve existing best practices with each Google Update. - Collaborate with web developers and writers to produce and project manage SEO campaigns, implement technical SEO fixes, and - Utilise SEO findings cross functionally with other teams to provide better results to the overall digital campaign engagement.
