Cybersecurity Manager, Region

**Job Description**:
As the manager you will have the following responsibilities:

- Manage a team of Cyber Security Analysts located in a remote region
- Execute information security strategy and roadmap
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in cyber security tools, techniques, and threats
- Work closely with leadership and external partners on security matters, relaying updates from the corporate office to the remote team
- Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential
- Other duties as assigned by organization leadership

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in information security, with 2+ years of management experience
- Knowledge of various cyber security frameworks (NIST, ISO27001, CIS Critical Security Controls, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with flexibility and adaptability to make decisions quickly, a desire to make an immediate contribution and possession of a distinct sense of urgency
- Ability to bridge communication between remote region and corporate office
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a standout colleague
- Collaborate with other teams to provide Security best practices
- Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell and Python
- Strong troubleshooting skills and an ability to diagnose problems across multiple disciplines
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline methodologies, Github or similar, AWS, Azure, Splunk, Okta

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Ability to "think out of the box"
- Strong ability to handle dynamic environments with multiple changing priorities, where prioritization and time management are necessary tools Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
