Conveyancing Clerk

Our Client is a Complete service law firm that encompasses all legal matters, and owing to this fact they are readily available to take on virtually every legal need of the clients through sound advice and action.
Their expertise is pertinent to all corporate and commercial matters, namely Joint Venture Agreements, Service Agreements, and Commercial Agreements including licensing, distribution, agency, and the sale and purchase of shares. They advise on all aspects of business and consumer laws.
Position: Conveyancing Clerk
Location: Desa Park City, Plaza Arkadia
**Responsibilities**:
- To handle sub-sale transaction documents, banking and loan documentations and refinancing transactions.
- To assist lawyers in conveyancing related matters.
- To attend to clients, developers, bankers and related authority.
- Provide secretarial/administrative support to the lawyers.
- Able to handle files independently with minimum supervision to meet deadline.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably with minimum two (2) year experience in both SPA and LOAN documentations
- Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to speak any Chinese dialect is an added advantage
Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM3,500 - RM5,000 (Negotiable)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit: Bonus
Working Days: Mon - Friday 9 - 5.30pm
