Conveyancing Clerk

1. To handle conveyancing matters, ie: sub-sale, bank loans, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other related matters.
2. To assist partners in some administrative matters.
3. To provide general administrative and clerical support including answering phone calls, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
4. Perform data entry.
5. Minimum SPM holder.
6. At least 1-2 years relevant working experience at legal field.
8. Have good typing and computer skills, MS Word & Excel.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels.
10. Communication and language skills. Have good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken (Proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese is an additional advantage)
11. Willing to learn and take on new tasks. On the Job training will be provided.
12. Able to start work immediately are preferred.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
