Online Marketing Executive

Manage the functioning of online e-commerce stores, including the coordination of order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders

Plan and execute promotional campaigns on e-commerce platform

Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer inquiries and after-sales feedback

Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention

Review stock levels and sales data to maintain stable supply and demand status Analyse data to track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make recommendations for sales improvement Other duties as tasked by superior

Basic Salary From RM2,000 (negotiable based on relevant work experience and qualification)

Requirements Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese (preferred).

Proficiency in computer and basic design skills.

Work experience in related field is preferred though on job training will be provided.
