Content Manager/ Content Editor

**Job Responsibility**:
**Key Responsibility**:
**1. Content Development and Creation**:

- Develop, create, and write content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), website blog posts, and other digital channels.
- Responsible for research, planning, brainstorming and write engaging contents for healthcare (human and veterinary) related topics for blogs and articles.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company’s goals and brand voice.
- Collaborate with our pharmacists and other experts to produce informative and educational content about healthcare products and services.

**2. Editing and Quality Control**:

- Review and provide comments and feedback to the Medical Writers.
- Implement editorial guidelines to maintain content quality and consistency.
- Ensure that the editorial content are compliant to relevant medical Laws & regulations guidelines.

**3. Market Research and Trend Analysis**:

- Conduct market surveys to stay updated on current trends in the healthcare industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research findings.

**4. Live Sessions and Community Engagement**:

- Collaborate with company’s pharmacist to conduct live sessions to share knowledge and educate the audience about health knowledges and supplement products.

**5. Project Management**:

- Oversee multiple editorial projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Spearhead meetings with relevant stakeholders (i.e. business managers, clients, etc) as needed for each project.
- Allocate resources efficiently and manage the editorial budget.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the content production process.

**6. Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the other department (sales & marketing, design, IT and product teams) to deliver cohesive content and campaign messages.
- Coordinate with external contributors and partners as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree and above in, Mass Communications, English, Business Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and editorial roles, preferably with scientific or medical Journalism background
- 1 - 2 years of work experience content writing (preferable in medical related field)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Having live hosting expertise is advantageous.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and editorial tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
