We are an education and e-commerce company seeking a fun-loving, talented, and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will manage and execute the social media strategy across various social media platforms for 2-3 brands.

You should have experience creating, implementing, and monitoring social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.

You will also be responsible for creating original content, analyzing engagement metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

**EXPERIENCE required for this position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies, including planning and managing social media calendars to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness for brands.
- Curate engaging content in different formats (post, video, story, reel etc) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Amazon Posts.
- Manage and schedule social media posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media analytics, provide regular reports on the performance of social media posts and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with the audience on social media platforms, respond to inquiries and feedback, and build relationships with followers to build and maintain a positive online reputation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- Proven work experience and achievement as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to curate fun and engaging content.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive and passionate in social media marketing and strong desire to do better than competitors.
- Experience in graphic design, video editing and an eye for aesthetics is a plus.

Full-time basis - 40 hrs/week (Mon-Fri)
Working hours: 10 am to 6:30 pm (30 min. lunch break)
