**Teacher - Assistant Coordinator**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

We are looking to recruit **Coordinator **to be the point of contact and work closely with person in charge of Curriculum from Schools & Learning Center.

**The role**:
This position reports to the Operation Manager and will also be supporting the key areas which will include, but not to be limited to, the following:

- **Coordination and Engagement**:

- Provide excellent customer service when presenting the company programme, present the school as a customer friendly, service-based organisation.
- Work with the Operation Manager on the strategic direction of company programme.
- Be responsible for implementation of strategic plan.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of programme, ensuring the operational procedures and adhered to and working in close collaboration with the Schools Coordinator.
- Support the Operations Manager with the organization of the Holiday Camps
- Coordinate ‘Try Out’ weeks and work with coaches to assign students to the appropriate program level.
- Organise and promote events e.g:, trial classes, competition, road shows & etc., and manage CCA event calendar.
- Provide timely information to the Operation Manager on stocks allocation & manage stocks count accurately.
- Provide timely information to the Operations Manager with regards to income and expenditure associated with programme, when required.
- Create and facilitate a feedback forum for students, coaches, and parents to provide feedback at the end of each semester.
- Collate student/parent/teacher feedback, generate programme statistics and provide recommendations to Management regarding programme for the next term/year.
- To coach in schools around Klang Valley
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Where required, support coaches with programme design, to source and allocate qualified instructors for each programme, to coordinate programme timetable/schedule and locations, taking into account students/teachers’ timetables.
- Manage a smooth enrolment process for all parties, including standard procedures and terms and conditions that are operationally and commercially viable.
- Assist in coordination in department meetings including setting agenda, recording minutes etc.
- Prepare attendance and monitoring of attendance updating by Coaches.
- Any other administrative task as required and/or directed by the Operation Manager or Management.

**The person**

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with a strong background of planning and customer relations, along with the following:

- Basic IT skills including outlook, excel, power point, google functions
- Organisational skills
- Customer relation skills required
- Like working with Kids
- Posses own transport & driving license
- For Malaysian Only
- **Knowledge and Experience**:

- Language skills: English Fair

**Added Advantage**
- Knowledge in Education Robotics or Coding
- Teaching Experience (Children)

**Working Days/ Time**

Mon - Friday : 1pm - 5pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
