- Event Support: _Assist in the allocation of books to specific Big Bad Wolf events based on sales profiles and available data. Ensure that event-related tasks are efficiently carried out, including checking mismatched prices, updating pricing information, and promptly responding to event-related queries.
- Goods Receiving and Price Verification:_ Provide support for the goods receiving process, including verifying prices and ensuring accuracy in book inventory. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain the quality of our operations.
- Documentation and Supplier Relationships: _Prepare and issue files/documentation related to the purchasing of books. Develop and maintain positive relationships with book suppliers to enhance collaboration and obtain favorable terms for future purchases.

Learning and Growth: Learn the intricacies of book purchasing from suppliers under the guidance of your superiors. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the Purchasing and Merchandising domain.
- Ad-hoc Tasks:_ Be open to assisting with any other tasks, projects, or assignments as delegated by your superior to contribute to the overall success of the team.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for books and a keen interest in the publishing and retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and suppliers.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **FRESH GRADUATES** are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
