We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for efficiently and accurately inputting, updating, and managing data in our systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Input and update data into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity by verifying and correcting errors in a timely manner.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve data-related issues.
- **Organization and Maintenance**:

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files of data records.
- Ensure proper documentation of data entry processes and procedures.
- **Efficiency and Productivity**:

- Prioritize and manage workload to meet established deadlines.
- Implement time-saving strategies to enhance data entry efficiency.
- **Communication**:

- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Communicate effectively regarding project status and data-related updates.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify and address challenges related to data entry processes.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve overall data management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Able to work on Sunday

**Additional Skills**:

- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and database systems.
- Familiarity with data entry best practices and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing data management technologies.

**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, adhering to data security and privacy policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
