**What a Supply Chain Finance Analyst does at HP (Penang, Malaysia)**:

- Supply Chain Factory Cost of Sales (COS) management & product cost setting for Ink Supplies organization.
- Support Ink Supplies organization on key deliverables of planning and reporting: Monthly forecast (Flash), Month end close, budgeting, long-term planning with a primary focus on COS.
- Support product costing with a focus on Factory overhead and other WW Supply Chain costs.
- Support transformation and investments and provide business advisory on decisions on the basis of Financial ROIC.
- Drive and enable savings projects within above defined scope.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business managers to guide and influence decision-making.
- Support policy and process improvement to ensure US GAAP and SOX financial compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design, with a maximized leverage on business automation capabilities.

**Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**:

- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
