Junior / Purchasing Executive (Botanic, Klang)

Klang, Malaysia Mr. Tomato Fresh Market Sdn. Bhd. Full time

Working Hours:
9am - 6pm (8 working hours + 1 break time **Monday - Friday**)
9am - 1pm ( 4 working hours **Saturday**)

Job Scope:

- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Sourcing materials/ products, selecting, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers for the best contract terms and conditions with the company's interest.
- Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
- Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
- Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
- Negotiated supplier pricing based on market movements and budgeting goals.
- To prepare periodic reports and update records on purchase, cost saving and etc.
- Perform other tasks by order of the superior.

Requirement:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, logistics, or any relevant field
- **Minimum 2 years working experience in Purchasing field**:

- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Required language(s)**:Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (fluent in writing and speaking)**
- **Fluency in Mandarin (Non-Chinese individuals with proficiency in Mandarin will also be considered)**_
- Resourceful, self-motivated, independent, team player, able to work under minimum supervision & able to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solver, and planner with organizational and analytical ability
- Working days : 5.5 days per week
- Prefer male because need to lift heavy goods/ product
