Responsibilities:

- Manage completely a specialty section within the restaurant, including preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes.
- Assist to create menu items, recipes, develop new creative dishes.
- Handle meat and fish ingredients, including beef, poultry, seafood.
- Maintain a high level of personal and section hygiene at all times.
- Have knowledge, understanding and adopt safe practices.
- Stock and portion monitoring, wastage control.
- Monitor kitchen equipment functionality.
- Participate in team activities and foster a safe and healthy working environment.
- In charge of outlet stock / inventory control including ordering, receiving and maintenance of products

Requirements/Qualification:

- 1 Year CDP experience or culinary diploma/degree
- 2 Year Commis Chef experience or culinary certificate
- 6 working days/week (including weekend and public holiday)
- Experience in Western Cuisine will be added advantage
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,600.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
