**Responsibilities**:

- Posting cash receipts in the ERP system, following up on auto cash.
- Performing transfers of cash (both internal and external).
- Updating customer accounts based on the Credit Manager's requests.
- Following up on the billing due list.
- Releasing/creating credit/debit notes.
- Performing month-end closing activities for the appropriate entities, preparing reconciliations; and analyzing any AR to GL differences.
- Maintaining backup functions for other team members.
- Supporting audit requests if required.

**Required Skills**:

- Fluency in written and spoken English; Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
- Technology-savvy; able to work using Microsoft Excel and eager to learn about new systems.
- Have a growth mindset and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability in time and planning management.
- Act as a team player.
- Good problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications**
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Available for 6 months internship.
