- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and finance, to forecast production requirements, plan inventory purchases, and meet customer demands.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality guidelines, and safety regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization, and lead initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/Degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing
- Proven track record of success in managing production processes, inventory control, and logistics operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in manufacturing Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Fluency in English and Mandarin languages required; proficiency in other languages is a plus

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- inventory management software, ERP systems: 3 years (preferred)
- operations management manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
