Sales Admin

1. Provide the administrative support to the sales team and office.
2. Attend to customers enquiries and responsible in receiving and process customer orders.
3. Communicate effectively will all levels internally
4. Monitor and ensure customer’s payment and handling and resolve customer complaints.
6. Filing, archiving and documentation.
7. To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the superior / management
**Job Requirements**
1. Willing to work in teamwork environment and a team player spirit as well as positive mind set and attitude.
2. Self-motivated and strong initiative, critical thinking, meticulous, independent, and strong sense of responsibility, results-orientated team player.
3. Able to speak and write Mandarin to handle Mandarin speaking client will be an advantage.
4. Proficient in Autocount and MS office, especially in Excel
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
