To propose technical improvements in the fabrication process, method, and speed to meet company standards. 5. To coordinate with others to develop a good fabrication process for any job assigned. 6. To have the commitment to estimate hours and lead time when required. 7. Responsible for arranging and completing all assignments job in time. 8. To control the highest quality of products produced. 9. Responsible for machining and arranging for machines to be serviced when required. 10. To ensure the work surrounding are kept clean and safe. 11. To maintain the cleanliness of the machine. 12. To follow Work Instructions and Standard of Procedures accordingly. All others responsibilities are assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
