**Develop Safety Policies and Procedures**:

- Create and update safety manuals, protocols, and guidelines in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure that safety policies are communicated effectively to all employees and contractors.

**Conduct Safety Inspections**:

- Regularly inspect facilities, equipment, and work processes to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and other incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

**Risk Assessment and Management**:

- Conduct risk assessments and prioritize hazards based on severity and likelihood of occurrence.

**Provide Safety Training**:

- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.
- Train employees on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency procedures.

**Maintain Records**:

- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, incidents, and corrective actions taken.
- Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.

**Monitor Compliance**:

- Monitor workplace activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep abreast of changes in safety laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.

**Promote Safety Culture**:

- Foster a culture of safety by promoting awareness, accountability, and participation in safety initiatives.

**Qualification**
- Experience as a Safety Officer not less than 3 years in Manufacturing Field.
- Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH with green book holder.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Working hour: Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
