**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Diploma in Healthcare
- SPM graduate
- Good computer skills eg, Microsoft Word, sufficient to perform required tasks.
- Good verbal and written English language and Bahasa Malaysia, sufficient to perform required tasks. Multi
- lingual will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills ie. tactfulness with patients, family members, visitors, staff and general public.
- Has experience in similar or other administrative or hospitality type of jobs.
- Interact respectfully with patients, including those with impaired cognition.
- 5.5 days work and follow clinic operation hours
- Ability to operate specific outpatient equipment is an advantage.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Handling, tracing and tracking medical records of patient in clinic to/from the Medical Record Department/counter prior/after the clinic session.
- Maintain confidentiality and safety of all patients’ records.
- Take and record height and weight, temperature/ blood pressure or urine dipsticks of patients in the Outpatient notes.
- Coordinate patient to other departments for diagnostic tests, lab investigations or admission if necessary.
- Chaperon doctor on clinical treatments or procedure.
- Assist patients with transfers, ambulation and other mobility eg. wheelchairs.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinics and patient waiting areas. Ensure clinic is well-prepared before clinic starts.
- Ensure appropriate forms such as lab forms, charge forms etc are filled up as ordered by Doctor and checked correct patient identifications as per hospital policy.
- Ensure Consent is taken as per hospital policy.
- Performing administrative jobs including proper and correct filing of patients’ records and ensure medical insurance claim forms are updated promptly.
- Scheduling of customers’ appointments as per Doctor’s advice and enter in the appointment in Hospital Information System.
- Proper handling of used instruments and equipment as per hospital policy related to universal precautions and infection control and proper store at a designated place.
- Report any faulty equipment or instruments to trained nurses so that further action can be taken.
- Handling phone calls with telephone courtesy and ensure messages are taken appropriately. Practice good customer service skills at all times.
- Able to handle simple patients’ complaint and know how to seek assistance for difficult situation so that clinic’s operation is not interrupted.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
