Account Executive

Main Responsibilities
1 To handle Account payable / Account receivable, statement and other accounting functions
2 To perform data entry into accounting system & journal vouchers
3 Ensure timely closing of accounts during month end or year end
4 To ensure all financial transactions and accounts are in compliance with statutory requirements
5 Prepare bank account reconciliation
6 Prepare payment vouchers
7 To perform general administrative work, maintain systematic filling records, safe keeping of documentations & ensure confidentiality.
8 Assist in administration works, bookkeeping
9 To perform any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirement
11 Fresh graduates/without working experience highly encourage to apply. On job training will be provided.
12 Possess Certificate/Diploma/LCCI/Degree or equivalent in finance/accounting related course
13 Knowledge and experience of LMW highly preferred
14 Familiar with AutoCount Accounting Software
15 Able to read, write and communication in bilingual will be an advantage
16 Able to work at I-Park Senai, Johor.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
