Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for newly set-up subsidiary’s full set of accounts with mínimal supervision.
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
4. Coordinate with internal and external auditor, provide the necessary information and explanations during the audit process.
5. Record and maintain accurate accounting entries for day-to-day transactions.
6. Make sure that all financial systems, including handling money in and out, keeping records, planning budgets, and managing accounts, run smoothly and are well documented.
7. Any other duty which assigned by HOD.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum diploma in accounting or above.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
3. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

**Work arrangements**

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6pm
Alternate Saturday: 9am - 12:30pm
Lunch hour: 12:30pm - 1:30pm (Monday - Thurs)
1pm - 2:30pm (Fri)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
