Job Responsibilities:

- Manage full set of accounts and perform consolidation of financial statement.
- Prepare monthly management accounts reports.
- Assist in preparing the statutory accounts.
- Prepare monthly and year-end accounts of the company in accordance with group requirement.
- Organise annual stock take of inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
- Reconcile inter-company accounts including loans and interest calculations.
- Coordinate with banks on daily banking matters; preparation of cash flow forecast and maintenance of bank balances.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors and external accounting bodies on accounting matters.
- Prepare corporate tax computation.
- Responsible for financial reporting, audit and tax submission
- Ensure monthly financial review and reporting within dateline
- Review accounting work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Any ad hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements:

- At least 3 years of working experience in keeping the general ledger accounts, reconciliation of monthly accounts and preparation of monthly financial statements, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Possess good knowledge of costing standards and current developments in the accountant standard and taxation matters.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and accounting software.
- Able to work alternate Saturday (half day)
- Location: Bukit Indah / Seri Austin

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
