Account Executive

_**URGENT**_
**Responsibilities**:
Mainly responsible in preparing Booking and General Accounting: account payables, account receivables, general ledger functions and bank reconciliation and sales matter if any.
Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail.
To assists in audit and preparation of supporting schedules.
To handle daily and monthly billing and any administrative matter.
To provide assistance and administration support in monthly closing of month-end accounts, to create and maintain spreadsheet such as data entry, record keeping and filing.
Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments
Liaise with other departments on matter related to scope of work as and when required.
Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and functions as and when assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin speaking is a must due to business nature)
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
**Work arrangements**
Mondays to Fridays - 9am to 5pm
Sat -9am to 1pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
