**Job Scope**:

- Manage the CEO's schedule by coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence, prioritize items requiring the Sales Director's attention, and respond on behalf when necessary.
- Conduct research, gather information, and provide briefing materials.
- Track sales numbers and maintain an updated record for monthly/quarterly reviews.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and services, including procurement and vendor management.
- Maintain office records and files, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Serve as a liaison between the Sales Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos, announcements, and newsletters.

**Requirement**:

- Have similar experience would be advantage.
- Outgoing personality.
- Can work under pressure.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangsar South: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Personal Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
