- Organize and manage Director's calendar and appointments.
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.
- Assist in Director corporate, business, and investment-related activities, tasks, and project:
which include record-keeping, liaison, coordination. scheduling, monitoring project:
research, and analysis.
- Be prepared for fieldwork, overtime, and flexible working hours may be required,
- Any ad-hoc as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sizable companies.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Fit and proper handling of confidential information is a must.
- Good planning, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure & able to prioritize and handle
multiple tasks.
- Independent, meticulous and be self-initiated.

**Work arrangements**

Onsite fully. Mon-Fri 8.30pm-5.30pm. Per month must commit 3 hours to go to office on Saturday (Timetable will be provided for this)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
