**What you’ll do**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the East Asia and ANZ regions in the execution of day-to-day digital marketing initiatives and campaign optimization to enhance brand visibility, increasing web traffic, and maximizing lead generation for Eaton Electrical Sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the regional marcom team to execute Google Ads campaigns and optimize content for SEO.
- Utilize Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports and insights.
- Identify key trends and opportunities for enhancing website user experience and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum B.S. or B.A. degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in communications, marketing communications, or related functions.
- Project management experience in digital marketing, i.e., website, social media, marketing automations.
- Digital tool experience, i.e., Adobe AEM, Eloqua, or similar tools and platforms.
- Search Engine Marketing experience in SEO, Google Paid Search.
- Google Analytics and Power BI, or similar tool experience in website reports and dashboards.
- Basic HTML coding knowledge.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is plus for business purposes.
- Team player. Ability to interact, communicate and manage expectations.
- Great attention to details. Ability to deliver high-quality and defect-free communication materials.
- Proactive and self-motivated. Be able work independently under pressure.
- Creative. Courage to contribute ideas and take initiative toward shared goals.
