**Job Scope**
- **Managing Affiliate Programs**: Building and overseeing TikTok's affiliate marketing program & Recruiting and maintaining relationships with affiliates and influencers.
- **Campaign Coordination** : Collaborating with marketing and content teams to develop affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with TikTok's goals
- **Monitoring Performance** : Tracking affiliate performance metrics like clicks and conversions & Analyzing data to optimize campaign effectiveness
- **Supporting Affiliates** : Providing affiliates with necessary resources, promotional materials, and support
- **Reporting and Strategy** : Generating reports on program performance & Contributing to strategic decisions for affiliate marketing growth
- **Optimization and Innovation**: Continuously optimizing affiliate campaigns based on performance insights and market feedback & Exploring innovative approaches to leverage affiliate partnerships.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 1 Years Experience in Sales Admin / Executive / Promoter
- Have Experience in TikTok Affiliate Management in advantage.
- Strong Creative thinking, Conceptual and able to think out of the box related the marketing ideas.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with analytical thinking
- Fluent in Written and Spoken in English & Malay
