**Job Roles**

Report to Project Manager Lead
- Assist to gather requirements by identifying user needs and recommend solution.
- Develop user requirement document, functional specification, user guide and training material for solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT system and architecture concept.
- Act as a liaison between development team and stakeholder throughout the implementation.
- Constantly conducting research and analysis on IT technologies.
- Resource planning and project pipeline monitoring
- Conduct user training after project delivered

**Requirement**
- Min. Bachelor degree - computer science/ information technology
- Good communication skills
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience
- Willing to travel

**Benefits & Incentives**
- Parking Allowance RM220 (monthly parking)
- Travel Allowance RM250 monthly
- Food Allowance RM300 monthly

**Salary**: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mont Kiara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
