**What is your mission?**
- Extensive understanding of whole ecommerce flow logic and online marketplace operation.
- Assist in overseeing our marketplace day-to-day operation including online activities, order fulfillment and account management (Shopee, Lazada & etc).
- Manage and oversee listing of products and pricing online.
- Ability to manage customers enquiries through online channels.
- Assist in managing brand's ecommerce site and SNS account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & etc).
- Assist in store, social & ecommerce creatives set up during campaigns (eg, store opening, 11.11, 12.12 etc).
- Execute marketing calendar with E-commerce team lead to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Participate in online campaign development.
- Adaptable, able to multitask, and bold in trying new ideas that can generate profitable online sales / traffic.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion and overachieving.
- Help out as and when required.
- on-site training will be provided.

**Who are we looking for?**
- At least 2 years of focused experience in ecommerce / digital industry
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree relevant field.
- Language: Fluent English
- Open minded, flexible & self motivated individual
- Positive & good personality

**Skills requirements**:

- **Shopify** / online marketplace managing experience
- Microsoft Excel (eg, Vlookup)
- Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
- Basic Video Editing (Adobe Premium / phone app)
- Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS & scripting (Basic Programmatic) will be an advantage.
