E-commerce Operation Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to develop, manage and operate the Company’s web stores on multiple e-commerce and social media platform (company's website, Alibaba, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.)
- To manage and promote online platform sales, closing deal, handle customer enquiry and provide timely solutions to all customer related problems for building a lasting digital connection with consumers to increase company and brand awareness.
- Planning, maintain and update social media platforms information (advertising & marketing) via creative content, copywriting, image and banners uploaded.
- To design visual for social media ads and website using graphic design tools including design software (Adobe Illustrator, Canva and/or similar design software)
- Work closely with other cross-functional teams (Sales & Marketing, E-Commerce & Product development) on all aspect of products.
- Develop, manage and maintain graphic files, photos and brand assets; ensure all database are well organize, keep and fully utilize for marketing activities.
- Generate and submit sales report and reports for social media content & e-commerce.
- Perform ad-hoc task and duties assigned by management as and when required.

**Job Requirements & Qualification**:

- Experience in online/digital marketing and E-commerce marketplace, Well-versed in social media platform, creative content writing will be added advantage.
- Creative, good behavior, disciplined, good communication and demonstrate ability to work independently as well as in team.
- Efficient in time management, good organization skill, ability to handle multiple tasks, and results oriented with strong analytical mind.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
