Attend customer phone calls related to product and order enquiries.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
- Prepare purchase orders, track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare reports for timely submission.
- Handle purchasing and sales order processing.
- Assist in inspecting all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Support sales / technical team in general operations, managing schedules, data entry and filing.
- Liaise with customers on sales orders, stock availability and delivery overdue payments and collections.
- Other ad-hoc and general duties as assigned.

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banting: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
