Administrative Assistant, Human Resources

The temporary staff member to support and administer our HR digitalization project. The primary responsibilities include scanning HR documents, ensuring their completeness and quality, and managing the organization of scanned files and folders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Scan HR documents accurately and efficiently.
- Verify that scanned documents are complete and of good quality.
- Organize and manage scanned files and folders in the appropriate digital locations.
- Assist in the general management of the HR digitalization project as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using scanning equipment and software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Strong organizational skills to manage digital files and folders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in HR administration or document management is preferred but not required.
**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
