**Job Title: ESH Assistant Manager**
**Location: Tampoi ,Johor**
**Industry: Electrical & Electronics**
**Salary range: RM7000-RM9000**
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with local and national environmental regulations, as well as RBA
and ESG standards.
- Develop and implement environmental management systems aligned with RBA and
ESG principles.
- Conduct environmental risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics.
- Implement safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
with regulations.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor workplace health hazards and develop health and hygiene programs.
- Conduct occupational health assessments and provide guidance on personal
protective equipment.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for response coordination.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports related to ESH matters.
- Maintain accurate records of ESH activities, incidents, and inspections.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead or participate in ESH-related projects and initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety,
Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESH management roles within the electrical and
electronics (E&E) manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian environmental, safety, and health regulations, as
well as RBA and ESG frameworks.
- Experience with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards.
- Strong understanding of E&E manufacturing processes and associated hazards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams towards RBA and ESG goals.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
