Job Description:
- Assist to general administration duties and secretarial support to Managing Director and the group of companies.
- Liaising with the staff, suppliers and clients.
- To assist in drafting letters, memorandum, preparation of presentation and minutes of meetings.
- To plan and manage schedule for meeting, appointment, travel accommodation arrangement and expenses claiming.
- Maintain high integrity for keeping company information in private & confidential manner.
- Other duties and assignments as assigned by Managing Director from time to time.
Other requirement:
- Must have experienced as Personal Assistant at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Job type : Full Time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
