Compile employee attendance records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Handle HR administration, such as thestarters and leavers process.
- Critical in employees' personal records.
- Coordinate events and activities for staff.
- Assist Hostel Coordinator to coordinate all necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate staff accommodation
- Assist Hostel Coordinator to record water and electricity consumption in the staff house at the end of each month.
- Assist to maintain employee notice boards.
- Administer the staff meals coupon.
- File all the documents properly.
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times and provide information only to those with a need to know.
- Understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel’s Employee rules and regulations.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, staff assistantor relevant human resources /administrative position.
- PC literacy (MS Office, in particular).
- Positive attitude.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work on their own or in teams.
- Knowledge of hospitality.
- IT proficiency.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
