**Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment and Talent Management**:
○ Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organisational

objectives.

○ Collaborate with departmental managers to assess staffing needs and devise

talent acquisition plans.

○ Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

processes.

○ Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

○ Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

○ Collaborate with legal teams on complex HR issues.

**3. Talent Development and Performance Management**:
○ Support employee development initiatives.

○ Facilitate performance management processes.

○ Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

○ Assist in career development planning for employees.

**4. HR Operations and Administration**:
○ Oversee HR operations and benefits administration.

○ Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy.

○ Manage HR documentation and records.

○ Review and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

**5. Data Analysis and Reporting**:
○ Analyse HR metrics to drive decision-making.

○ Prepare regular reports for senior management review.

Position Title HR Generalist Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of local labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
