HR Manager

**Oversee the entire HR function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations**.
- **Manage and support the HR team.**:
- **Supervise the factory hygiene team.**:
- **Conduct and monitor HR activities, including payroll processing, turnover reporting, and monthly HR reporting.**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support to management and staff.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain quality staff.
- Develop and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure market competitiveness.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **At least 5 years of experience in a full spectrum HR role, preferably within the manufacturing or F&B industry.**:
- Experience managing a team, including oversight of hygiene or similar operational teams.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.**:
- **Must be willing to work in Gelang Patah.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
