**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Food Preparation and Cooking**:_
- Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- **Menu Development**:_
- Assist in the creation and development of new menu items.
- Provide input on seasonal and promotional menu offerings.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:_
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the General Manager.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste.
- **Team Collaboration**:_
- Work closely with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
- **Quality Control**:_
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes.
- Address any food quality issues promptly and efficiently.
- **Customer Service**:_
- Occasionally interact with customers to receive feedback and address any concerns.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a chef or cook in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
