JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and lead the restaurant team, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff, while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service in accordance with customer demands and established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Determine and organize work schedules and monitor the smooth running of operations, especially in the restaurant operations section.
- Ensure adequate workforce staffing at all times.
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee daily operations, including menu preparation, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and health standards.
- Monitor the quality and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring consistency and compliance with established standards.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory, placing necessary supply orders, and efficiently managing inventory costs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and ongoing training to all employees in the operations department.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to conduct performance evaluations to ensure skilled and outstanding team members are rewarded and incompetent employees are appropriately addressed.
- Ensure restaurant activities and operations attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards, Job Guidelines, and established SOPs.

Offered Salary:
**RM 1900 - RM 2200**
