**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Consultation:
- Communicate with clients to understand their financial situation, needs, and objectives.
- Assess clients' creditworthiness by reviewing their financial documents, credit reports, and employment details.
2. Market Research:
- Research and stay updated on the latest mortgage products, interest rates, and regulations.
3. Loan Recommendation:
- Provide clients with information on different mortgage products and advise on the most suitable options.
- Explain the terms and conditions of various mortgage options.
4. Application Assistance:
- Review and verify the accuracy of all loan documents before submission.
5. Client Support:
- Address any questions or concerns clients may have and provide solutions to potential issues.
6. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure all records are kept confidential and secure.
7. Post-Closing Support:
- Follow up with clients after the loan closing to ensure they are satisfied with their mortgage terms.
- Provide ongoing advice and support for future refinancing or additional mortgage needs.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in real estate or mortgage industry is preferred but **optional.**
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
**Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
**Working Hours**:
11am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
**Salary and Benefits**:
- Basic salary for the first 3 months training period
- 1 to 1 training
- Fully commissioned with competitive pay-out
