Fidaris are pleased to be partnered with a market leader in the Horticulture LED lighting sector, in their search for several Freelance Business Development Executives. As they look to expand their global footprint, this is a great opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to make a real impact.

**About You**:

- Preferred experience in Sales and Business Development, with a background in Lighting or Horticulture, is considered advantageous.
- A committed, positive, and professional attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build genuine relationships with potential customers.
- Proximity to the designated territory to minimize overnight stays and maximize travel efficiency.
- Proven Sales and Business Development planning, presentation, and demonstration experience.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Identifying and targeting potential customers in the Horticulture Greenhouse Lighting sector.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and industry events.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 2+ years of sales experience,
- Experience in producing quotations for projects and negotiating costs within budget.
- Customer-focused and commercially aware.
- Ability to build solid and lasting relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Strong communication and people skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders in different roles, regions, and cultures.

**Job Type**: Commission

**Salary**: RM20,000.00 - RM75,000.00 per year
