- Process Improvement experience.
- Customer management experience.
- Experience of leading and motivating large operational teams.

Job Requirements
- Ideally of Graduate Calibre.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in an operational environment.
- Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- IT Literate.
- Ideally some exposure of working with local government agencies and Police.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
