To perform invoices verification against job orders issued
- Oversees administrative function
- Plan and coordinate company vehicles for repair and statutory inspection
- Preparation of policies and memos as and when require
- Approve purchase order and job order for routine and in house request
- Compile diesel usage record
- Ensure the safe and adequate operation and all office equipments and facilities (Printers) including liaison with services departments
- Investigate and recommends new systems or equipment for smoother running office (phone system, photocopier, arrangements, filing location, etc)
- Prepares, plan and support as may be required for ad hoc events
- Manage and produce monthly reports as required by Management
- Manage the filing, storage and security of worker records and documents
- Understand, implement and ensure compliance with Company’s International Standard Of Organization 9001:2015 quality systems with relation to your work and document control.
- Formulate new International Standard Of Organization 9001:2015 Quality Policies and Procedures or suggest improvements for existing International Standard Of Organization 9001:2015 Quality Policies and Procedures for the department.
- Follow strictly all existing and future policies implemented.
- Shall perform your duties ethically and professionally and promote the best interest of the company.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein and/or other functions which are logical assignments to the position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
