Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. General PC computer skills

- Key point of contact for the business and ensure effective and timely recruitment support delivered
- Build client relationship with various stakeholders, understand their business goals and anticipate their talent needs
- Perform full recruitment cycle according to global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles.
- Integrate diversity and inclusivity into the recruitment process
- Provide timely reports and analytics to the leadership team and flag risks or delays in advance
- Participate in campus engagement events and activities such as career fairs, career talks and office visits
- Build rapport with higher education institutions student’s leaders and career counsellors

- **Minimum Requirements**_
- Minimum Two years of recruitment experience both in-house and/or outsource environment.
- Outgoing personality, a strong team player with pleasant demeanor
- Excellent communication skills and client focus. Ability to build good relationships, engage with business leader and work effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Meticulous with high level of self-initiative
- Acquire comprehensive talent sourcing and mapping experience
- Exposure in recruiting for talents from Professional Services industry will be an added advantage

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
