To do this, we’re looking for a passionate and versatile storyteller to help us craft a wide range of mostly digital content that will shape the future of content in the logistics space.

As a Content Producer/Content Creator in the Content Marketing team, you will work with a regional team of 5 based out of our office in Wisma Tune, Damansara Heights, KL. You will be expected to be performing this role on a Full-Time basis. The role reports to the Head of Content Marketing.

**SALARY RANGE: RM4240 - RM6360**

**A DAY IN A LIFE**

You can expect your days to be pretty varied at Teleport. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

- Execute and contribute to the regional content strategy
- Develop and execute content in all forms (e.g, video podcast, social posts, blog articles) for Teleport's website, blog, and social media accounts - LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to sales and other marketing branches, as well as external collaborators/stakeholders e.g. customers, airline partners, etc.
- Conduct interviews and research to generate fresh ideas and gather information for content pieces
- Monitor and report social media and content performance metrics
- Keep a pulse on the latest trends in social media, content marketing, and regional market dynamics to stay ahead of the curve

**REQUIREMENTS**

**These are minimum-requirement skills and must-haves for the role**:

- High proficiency in English and communication, both written and verbal
- Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Intermediate video editing skills (think Capcut Pro rather than Premiere Pro)
- The ability to multitask, project manage, meet deadlines, adapt to changes, and self-direct content creation
- A sociable team player who can fly solo when needed
- A good eye for design and a knack for conducting in-person interviews

- A meticulous attention to detail and a thoughtful approach that shines through your work
- The ability to identify and creatively solve challenges, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in problem-solving
- Familiarity with/experience in podcasting or serial content production (in any form - podcast series, social campaign, blog, etc.)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- 4+ years of hands-on social media and/or content marketing experience with a focus on content creation and video production
