We are seeking a talented content producer to join our content team. As a content producer, you will be working closely with our content manager, SEO specialist, content writer, multimedia designer, and video editor to create high-end gaming content across the Dynasty network.

To ensure success, you should have a background in digital media and excellent creative storytellers within brand standards. Follow our partner's brand guidelines to ensure their messaging is consistent with company guidelines/values/mission. Ultimately, a top-notch content producer is skilled at developing and promoting a company brand, service, or product through the various digital content they produce.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with the content team to produce content that generates results.
- Meeting with stakeholders to determine the project scope.
- Work independently and as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
- In-depth knowledge of content development to create digital content that helps websites get found via search engines.
- Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provides information across various digital platforms.
- Create, develop, write, edit, and publish multimedia (writing/visual/audio/video) content for short-form, mid-form, promotional materials, websites, social media posts/campaigns, podcasts, sponsorship, advertising, tournament highlights, and broadcasting.
- Manage production schedule, script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal forms of media for projects.
- Manage and hire additional freelance crew, talent, and media production house; direct and coach talent; and ensure all production requirements are met within the expectation.
- Plan video shoots; scout, select, and reserve shoot locations, as needed
- Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static, motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/SFX, media management and archiving project media.
- Quality checks before submitting any work or project.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Bachelor’s degree in media studies, broadcasting, multimedia design, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a content producer or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of content development and video production.
- Experience in digital companies, working on web and app-based solutions.
- Passionate about gaming and media.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustration, Premiere Pro, and After Effect.
- Good understanding of video specifications in different types of video standards and formats.
- Familiarity with professional cameras, various HD and 4K formats, pre-production/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and photography.
- Audio includes small format mixers, compression, effects processors, audio recording techniques for studio and field, and multi-track and waveform editing.
- Post-production entails digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms.
- Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
- Have keen eyes and ears, attentive to detail, and able to spot errors even when working on fast-forwarding speed.
- Able to do creation with limited supporting materials.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Able to deal with stress and well under pressure to meet a tight deadline.
- A complete portfolio of video content or showreel showcasing your skills and experience.
- Believes in a culture of transparency and trust.
- Passionate, willing to learn, and can-do attitude.
- Proactive, problem solver, strong interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail.
- Passion for gaming and esports, a strong plus

LOCATION: Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
