**_Job Description ;_**
- Work with management team to understand event needs and develop a comprehensive event plan
- Coordinate with vendors to secure venues, catering, entertainment, and other event-related services
- Manage the budget for each event and track expenses
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Execute setup of each event, ensuring that all details are handled smoothly
- Evaluate the success of each event and make recommendations for future events

**_Responsibilities;_**
- meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
- work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
- assist in presentation deck development (alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account manager) and generate campaign ideas.
- work with the account manager to research and compile all necessary information required for campaign.
- liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the agency by establishing and maintaining a close relationship.
- ensure that communication flows effectively between the agency and client.
- negotiate with clients and vendors on requirements of campaigns.
- present creative work to clients for approval or feedback.
- provide administrative documentation such as contact reports, updates and recaps of crucial communications among agency and all relevant parties.
- undertake administrative tasks & arrange and attend meetings
- make pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency.
