**Key Responsibilities**:
**Nutritional Analysis**: Conduct nutritional and chemical analysis of food samples to determine their nutritional content, chemical composition, and safety.

**Product Development**: Participate in the research and development of new food products, emphasizing nutritional balance, taste, and safety.

**Quality Control**: Ensure all products meet stringent food safety and quality standards, as set by the Malaysian government and the company.

**Research**: Keep up-to-date with the latest food chemistry and nutrition research. Contribute to research projects and interpret research findings.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Adhere to all regulatory requirements for food production, including Malaysian food safety laws and guidelines.

**Documentation**: Keep accurate records of all tests, findings, and procedures.

**Lab Management**: Maintain laboratory equipment and assist in ordering lab supplies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field. A master's degree or higher is preferred.

Previous experience in a food laboratory or related setting.

Strong knowledge of food chemistry, nutrition, and laboratory techniques.

Proficiency in using various laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills in both English and Malay.

Familiarity with Malaysian food safety and quality standards.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
