Building Maintenance Technician

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia RUYI HOLDINGS SDN BHD Full time

Perform preventive maintenance including monitoring of contractors and service providers with the focus on compliance to rules and regulations for the smooth running of office operations.
- Carry out all scheduled maintenance in accordance with the timeline set.
- Assist in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by external contractors.
- Performs daily check and maintenance work for building with team.
- Attends to all complaints, requests and support from internal and external tenants by organizing and arranging all coordinated support services and cross-functional activities to ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
- Performs daily checking and monitoring of utility meters and taking of readings for monthly billing and record analysis to ensure costs efficiency and profitability.
- Performs all other ad-hoc and emergency support activities assigned by the Supervisor/Management as and when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- SKM or relevant working experience
- Willing to work on public holiday or weekend based on duty roaster
- Working hour from 8am to 5pm or 1pm to 10pm
- Monthly off 6 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
