**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- To assist in the general administration functions for the company
- To manage meeting schedules, drafting/typing correspondences, call screening, travel arrangements and any other related functions
- To provide overall administrative support to ensure efficient company operation and compliance to company policies
- To perform overall administration, upkeep and maintenance of office premises, equipment and assets To update validity of insurance, licenses, permits, office safes/keys, corporate documents, filing system, etc.
- To assist in supervising and coordinating the daily duties of the driver/dispatch clerk, office cleaner, etc.
- Undertake designated filing, maintain and upkeep of corporate documents and filing system
- To provide administrative requirements for Head of Department, Management and Board of Directors’ meetings
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc projects and related duties as specified by the management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience or relevant role in property development industry or conveyancing industry
- Computer literate in Microsoft Applications
- Articulate and proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well-versed in Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Able to work independently with high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Initiative, proactive, committed with a good working attitude.
- Able to anticipate immediate superior’s requirements and deliver assignments on time.
- Pleasant disposition, meticulous and able to multi-task to take on additional responsibilities to grow beyond core role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
